Once а successful payment has been completed, you will receive two emails from us: the first one will be the payment confirmation email, the second one will contain the receipt.
You might find the emails in your Spam inbox so we recommend checking there before contacting our customer support. If you cannot find them and your bank account shows that the transaction was successful, send us а support ticket or mail us at support@locktrip.com.
Note: Successful payment means that we have processed your payment and a booking request has been sent to the property. You will receive a separate email confirming your reservation.
