How do I book a travel service on LockTrip?

LockTrip's goal is to be quick and easy to use. All the offers available on the marketplace are provided to you by our suppliers on an "as is" basis. This means that we display everything that the supplier and the property forward to us. During the booking process, we will provide you with this information so please carefully review the details and the policies of the selected offer before completing your booking.

Below you can find the steps to follow in order to book your accommodation with us:

Step 1: Create an account on the marketplace and verify your email. Users with unverified emails are not able to complete a booking. 

Note: If you choose to register with one of our instant login methods available, your account will be verified automatically.

Step 2: Make a search by filling in the required fields: destination, check-in, and check-out dates, number of rooms, and number of guests.

Step 3: Select the property you are interested in and proceed with choosing the room.

Step 4: Review the property's offers and select the room you would like to book.

Step 5: Read carefully the policy that is applicable to the offer selected, fill in the required details and choose your preferred payment method.

Step 6: After clicking the Pay button, you will have the possibility to review your billing information. 

Step 7: If you have selected the Pay Now option, you'll be directed to the payment processing page. Alternatively, opting for the Book Now Pay Later option will redirect you to the My Trips section on the marketplace.

Step 8: Check your inbox for our confirmation emails.
