I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password, access the login interface and provide your email. On the next screen, you will find the "Forgot Password?" button below the password entry box. Upon clicking it, the system will prompt you to provide the email associated with your account in order for us to send you a reset link.

Note: The password can contain only letters and numbers, minimum of 6 characters, and a maximum of 30. For safety reasons, we never create, send and/or restore passwords.

  If you have created your account by manually entering your email and password, neither Google nor Facebook or Twitter can be used as an alternative login method.

• Can I recover the account?

  No. Deleting your account with LockTrip exercises your right to be forgotten, meaning it is permanently erased from the database. However, you can always create a new account.
