I made the payment and my credit card was charged but instead of reservation I received a mail that my booking is pending confirmation. Why is that?
All the available offers on LockTrip are subject to confirmation by the accommodation provider. If you receive a Pending Confirmation email, this means that your booking request was processed but we are still waiting to receive the property's confirmation. Once the property confirms your request, you will receive a separate email with the booking ID.
