You might find the email in your Spam inbox so we recommend checking there before contacting our customer support. If you cannot find it and your bank account shows that the transaction was successful, send us a support ticket or mail us at support@locktrip.com.
Note: Successful payment means that we have processed your payment and a booking request has been sent to the property. You will receive a separate email confirming your reservation.
