How do I permanently delete my account?
You will find the option to delete permanently your account in the Profile tab on your Dashboard.
Upon clicking on the button "Delete Account", you will need to confirm your email address in order to proceed with the deletion.
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.
You can also delete your account from the Profile tab in the LockTrip mobile app.
Note: You will lose all your account information so please make sure that you do not have any active bookings, assets in the wallet etc. as the account cannot be retrieved once deleted and we have no way to recover it.

If you have created your account by manually entering your email and password, neither Google nor Facebook or Twitter can be used as an alternative login method.
