The rate I booked was "Double or Twin Room". How do I inform the hotel that I want a room with 2 separate beds?
Special requests should be communicated directly to the property and are subject to availability. You can contact them to request a room with two separate beds.
Alternatively, you can email your request to
support@locktrip.com, and we will forward it to the property on your behalf. Approval is subject to availability.
